"Inferno" is the fifth studio album by the legendary Scottish electronic music duo Boards of Canada, released on May 29, 2026, through Warp Records. Arriving after a massive 13-year hiatus following 2013's Tomorrow's Harvest, the 70-minute double LP balances their iconic nostalgic synth melodies with darker, hauntological atmospheres, heavily incorporating biblical, spiritual, occult motifs, and cryptic speech soundbites.
